The Assault in a nutshell:
Initially, two artists find a workshop in the heart of Saint-Etienne ... a former carpentry located 11, rue Bourgneuf, composed of several distinct spaces.
In this space of approximately 400m2, there is a way to paint, sculpt, it's even too much space, it resonates ... So, in 1995, these two artists decide to experience the place by partnering with friends.
ATTACK OF THE WOODWORK was born. Its purpose is to promote and develop the art and entertainment in the Rhone-Alps. After several exhibitions of paintings, sculpture, photography, video ...; after various happenings, performances, concerts and readings shows, the association takes a certain extent in the city.
